Event production
An event cannot be reshot. Preparation follows from that: we know in advance who is on the programme, where the key light will be and when the award is handed over, because that moment comes once and lasts five seconds.
What we deliver
- Reportage photo and video across the whole event
- Recording of talks and panels with sound from the desk
- On-site interviews with guests and partners
- A fast photo selection on the day itself, for social media
- An event edit as both a short recap and a longer record
- Aerial coverage of outdoor events where conditions allow
We read the programme before the script
Before the event we go through the minute-by-minute schedule and mark the moments that must be captured — the entrance, the keynote, the handover, the group photo. Those are staffed first and never left to one person.
For larger events that means two photographers and a split of the floor. One person cannot be at the stage and in the networking area at once — and it is the latter that usually yields what the client values most.
A fast selection is only worth it on time
A conference photo is worth most on social media the same day. So we deliver a first selection — twenty to thirty processed shots — during the event or immediately after.
The full gallery follows within the usual few days. Splitting fast selection from full processing is the only way to have both without one costing the other.
Consents and sensitive areas
For corporate events we agree in advance who and what may be photographed — guests who prefer not to appear, closed sessions, slides with non-public figures.
The organiser gets a simple notice for attendees and signage for the areas being photographed. That is less work than chasing consents afterwards and deleting images from the gallery.
Frequently asked
- When do we get the event photos?
- A fast selection the same day; the complete processed gallery within three working days. For multi-day events we deliver a selection after each day so it can be used as the event runs.
- Do you shoot weddings?
- Yes, with the same preparation as a corporate event — schedule, key moments, a rain plan. Weddings are also the one event type where nothing can be re-shot or repeated, so we always staff two people.
