The booth is the one part of production where the guests make the content themselves — which is exactly why it travels beyond the venue. A photo with your logo that someone posts to their own profile carries different reach than the same photo from a corporate account.

Printing on the spot is the whole point
A digital photo disappears among the others. A printed one goes home with the guest, ends up on a shelf and stays there for years — with your logo in the frame.
So we print without limits and without waiting. A queue at the booth is the only thing that can ruin this service, so the printer is chosen by guest count, not by price.
The brand belongs in the frame, not across the face
The frame is designed not to overpower the photo. A logo, a date and the event name along the edge is enough — a guest displays a picture only when it is mostly of them.
For the digital version we cut separate square and vertical crops, so sharing does not lop off half the frame.
What the venue needs to provide
The booth needs roughly three by three metres, a power supply and a spot where people actually pass — not a corner behind a pillar. Set-up and strike take about an hour each.
We check this before the event, ideally from a floor plan. Moving a booth mid-evening is unpleasant for everyone.
Frequently asked
- Is the number of photos limited?
- No. Throughout the rental we print and store without limits, and the organiser receives every shot in a digital gallery. Capping the count only builds a queue where there should be fun.
- How far ahead should we book the booth?
- In peak season — May to June and November to December — ideally two months. Outside it, two weeks is enough, since the branded frame takes only a few days to prepare.
