Corporate events
An event is the cheapest content opportunity a company gets — everyone is in one place, in good spirits and willing to be photographed. It is also the one situation that cannot be repeated, so it is either prepared for or missed.
What the sector demands
- Key moments that last seconds and cannot be repeated
- Poor lighting in halls and on stage
- Guests who prefer not to be photographed
- The need for the first photos to be out the same evening
The run sheet is the brief
A minute-by-minute run sheet tells us more than a creative brief. From it comes the list of moments that must be captured and the split of people across the floor.
For larger events that means two photographers — one at the stage, one among the guests. It is the second set that clients usually value most.
A booth makes content that shares itself
A photo booth with on-site printing adds what reportage cannot: a picture the guest displays or shares themselves. The brand travels where a corporate account would not reach.
So the frame is designed to be shareable — a logo along the edge, not across people’s faces.
