Original imagery instead of stock
A healthcare group that wants to read as credible cannot run on stock photography. Anyone spots the difference — a smiling model in a white coat is not the same as a nurse at a real workplace. Production’s job was to generate that material regularly, and in enough volume that communication never fell back on bought images.

The brief
- Provide a steady supply of original photos and video from real operations.
- Shoot without interfering with patient care or halting the site.
- Keep one visual style across workplaces in different towns.
The solution
- Shoot days are planned around the site — agreed with management for windows when clinics are free and shifts are not changing.
- We come in small numbers with quiet equipment and no built lighting, so the space stays workable while we film.
- Every visit yields a photo set, a longer video and short vertical formats — one day covers website and social media for weeks ahead.
- Colour grading is identical across sites, so material from Prague and from the regions looks like one company.
The outcome
- An in-house image bank usable well beyond social media — in print, on the website and in recruitment.
- Communication that does not fluctuate with whether there is anything to choose from.
- An established shooting routine that does not slow the site down.
